Our Stretch and Flexibility classes are unlike anything you have experienced before!
Often confused with common class types like yoga or pilates, Stretch is a hybrid version of these art forms and then some. We aim to help you develop both your strength and flexibility in one combined class.
All our classes are a mix of low to medium impact exercises utilising support in the form of blocks, mats and walls to achieve the perfect stretch!
