'Going through lockdown gave me the push to want to try new experiences once it was lifted.
I was drawn to Aerial Silks as soon as I saw beginner sessions were available, the shapes made looked beautiful although I never thought that would be something I would personally be able to achieve but I was completely wrong.
It was fantastic from day one, the different poses can adapt to any one's strengths and weaknesses making it accessible to anyone.
Georgia is awesome. She works with you step by step to achieve amazing things you would of never thought yourself capable of and most importantly hasn't forgotten what it was like to be a newbie so everything is broken down into bite size pieces making it obtainable for everyone to achieve.
I advise anyone to come and give it a go, it's amazing how quickly you see yourself improve and most importantly have a great laugh whilst doing it in a super relaxed atmosphere'

'It's a welcoming class with lots of support from everyone and laughs. I always thought [Aerial Silks] looked pretty and exciting so wanted to give it a try. Prepare for bruises and have warm baths [after a class]'
'Georgia is very supportive and warm, best cheerleader for her students with words of encouragement and good at spotting all the little improvements'
When asked about what surprised Tessa the most about starting Aerial Silks:
'How much you can do from the start!'

'I love the atmosphere of the class, everyone is really friendly and so encouraging of each other.
I had never done anything like Aerial Silks before and after just 6 weeks have amazed myself at the progress I've made. I find it hard but it's an enjoyable challenge which I look forward to every class.
Georgia is a brilliant instructor who works to everyone's own abilities and doesn't make you do anything you are not comfortable with. She is so encouraging and gives me confidence to believe in myself. She's also very funny!'

'Although I wasn't able to go [to classes] for long, the atmosphere was always very welcoming! I was able to have a lot of fun.
After starting pole, I was interested in giving other aerial classes such as Silks a go, it is a good way to enjoy yourself whilst exercising!
Take it at your own pace and just have lots of fun!
Georgia is an amazing teacher. She is very supportive and encourages you throughout the class. When showing you the moves she goes in smaller steps, making it easier to understand.
Couldn't recommend a better teacher for Silks!'
Jennifer Brooke
'I saw [Aerial Silks] on a BBC advert years ago and it always looked so pretty in films and on TV so wanted to give it a go.
There is a real sense of friendship and support [in class]. You don't feel judged if you don't manage something - everyone is really supportive.
Georgia is amazing, she is so approachable, if you are struggling she gives loads of different tips or gives alternatives that maybe more suitable.
[You don't realise] how fit it can get you, you don't feel like you are exercising. An hours class flies by!
Don't be put off when you look at how others are, it can take a little time for it to feel natural but all of a sudden you look back and see how far you have come.
Also its pinchy - you do get used to it!'
