The wasteland’s changed, darlin’. New words, new sights, pages updated and stories stirred. Thought you knew it? Look again.
Once wealthy elites, the The Old Worlds foresaw the apocalypse and prepared, building hidden estates in mountains and bunkers. Obsessed with preserving the past, they view themselves as curators of history and the apocalypse. Living in luxury, their estates are packed with old-world relics, bizarre artifacts, and unsettling “exhibits” of mutated creatures and even captured humans. They consider their collection a "museum" to document humanity’s history and the devastation of the apocalypse.
The Grand Vaults: Sealed vaults holding rare artifacts from the old world.
Living Exhibits: Enclosures displaying mutated animals and captured humans as "artifacts."
The Guild: Elite curators specialized in different fields (zoology, history, art) who view themselves as guardians of civilization.
Rotating Collection: Creatures and relics are swapped out regularly, with some preserved in grotesque displays or taxidermy.
Seen as elitist and twisted, the Old Worlds exploit the world’s suffering, capturing and preserving without remorse, considering themselves above others as they control what will be remembered.
