Python is an object oriented programming language, widely used in various fields like data analysis, machine learning etc. Most importantly, it is open source. That is the main reason that its libraries and packages are growing very fast. Python is already regarded as an able competitor of MatLab. Most of the computational industries have adopted python as their main platform. In view of this every undergraduate student in every technical university is keen to gain skills in Python. At IISER, a similar enthusiasm is also observed among students in recent years. On receiving requests from many students, this workshop is being arranged.
