Subject: "Bhaskara Lab" at IISER Pune (funded by FIST grant)

Dear Students and Colleagues,

I am happy to invite you all to an informal inauguration of "Bhaskara Lab" - a computer lab being set up using a grant from FIST, DST.

Date: May 10th, 2017.

Venue: Room 408, Mathematics Floor ( = top floor) of the Main Academic Building.

Time: 11:00 a.m. (Tea and snacks at 10:45 a.m.)

After a short inauguration ceremony by our director, Prof. Ganesh, we will have a hands-on lecture/workshop on the software "R" that is used in statistical computations by Prof. Akanksha Kashikar from the Department of Statistics, University of Pune.
