PACK - User Centered Solution & Prototype

Collaborative Project for a User-Centered Design Course

The purpose of this project was to present a solution for the question "How might we enable commuters to move freely from home to task, prepared for the day’s activities?". The goal was to make commuters’ journeys effortless, safe, and community-driven.

Our solution was "PACK", a product that integrated both a physical bag and an app. This product enables users to:

• Prepare for a commute

• Transport items

• Keep users + items safe

• Form connections via PACK App

• Integrate with transportation methods

The user-centered design process included building personas and scenarios, several rounds of ideation, sketching and brainstorming, and multiple prototypes before reaching the final proposed product.
