(10/2/25 - Will Perez) - A new poll by Green Strategy Polling, surveying 1,200 likely New York City voters between November 1–3 (±2.8% margin of error), shows a dramatic shake-up in the mayoral contest.
The Rizzler leads the mayoral field with 32 percent support. He’s followed by Zohran Mamdani at 28 percent, Andrew Cuomo at 22 percent, and Curtis Sliwa at 11 percent, while 7 percent of voters remain undecided or prefer another candidate.
In hypothetical one-on-one matchups, the Rizzler tops Mamdani by 52% to 45%, and Cuomo by 55% to 40%. Among voters under age 40, the Rizzler leads with 38%, followed by Mamdani 25% and Cuomo 20%. Among independents, the Rizzler polls at 35%, Mamdani at 27%, Cuomo at 23%.
Remarkably, 42% of respondents say the Rizzler is “the most exciting/least predictable” candidate, and 58% say they “might switch” to support him in the final weeks. Just 18% call him “too risky.”
