• All capture and processing happens locally on your device using the device's graphics hardware.

• Your photos and videos are not uploaded to any server and are not shared with third parties.

• Photos and videos are saved only to your device's photo library, at your request.

Use of TrueDepth and Face Data

The Application does not collect or store any data from the TrueDepth API. The Application does not access, track, or process any face-related data, facial mapping, or depth data. No biometric or face data is used or retained.

Third Party Access

The Application does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services, and does not transmit any data to external services.

The Service Provider may disclose information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;

• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all use of the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall process available as part of your mobile device or via the application marketplace.
