Draw in AiR: Spatial Drawing ("the App", "we", "us") is an augmented-reality drawing app. This policy explains how the App handles information. In short: we do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Everything you create stays on your device.

1. Information we collect
We do not collect personal information. The App has no accounts, no login, and no analytics or tracking. We do not use advertising identifiers, and we do not build user profiles.

2. Device permissions
The App asks for the following permissions solely to provide its core features. All processing happens locally on your device in real time.
The App uses the rear camera only. It does not use the TrueDepth camera and does not collect, process, or store face data.

• Camera & AR (ARKit): used to display the live camera view and to anchor your drawings and 3D objects in the space around you. The camera feed is processed on-device and is never recorded or sent anywhere except when you choose to save a photo or video (see below).

• Microphone: used only while you are recording a video, so your narration is included in the clip. Audio is captured only during active recording.

• Photo Library (save): used only to save the photos and videos you create to your own photo library, at your request.

You can review or revoke these permissions at any time in the iOS Settings app.

3. Photos and videos you create
Photos and videos you capture in the App are generated on your device and saved directly to your personal photo library. We do not access, upload, store, or share this content. It belongs entirely to you.

4. Subscriptions and purchases
Access to the App requires a paid subscription. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details or Apple ID. Subscription management and billing are handled by Apple under Apple's terms and privacy policy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings.

5. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties, because we do not collect any. The only third party involved is Apple, which processes your purchase as the payment provider.

6. Children's privacy
The App does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children. Because no personal data is collected, no such data can be gathered from children.

7. Data security
Since no personal data leaves your device, there is no server-side storage to secure. Content you create is protected by your device's own security.

8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the App's features change. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
