This privacy policy applies to the FX Cam application ("Application") for iOS, created by Serhii Rymar ("Service Provider"). The Application is offered as a freemium service and is provided "AS IS".

Summary

FX Cam does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There is no account, no login, and no server operated by the Service Provider. All image and video processing happens on your device.

Information Collection and Use

The Application does not collect personal information. The Service Provider does not receive your IP address, device identifiers, usage history, or any analytics about how you use the Application.

The Application contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software development kits.

Permissions

The Application requests the following iOS permissions, each used only for an on-device feature:

• Camera — to capture live video and photos and apply visual effects in real time.

• Microphone — to record audio with your videos and to drive audio-reactive effects. Audio is processed on your device and is not transmitted anywhere.

• Photo Library (add only) — to save the photos and videos you capture. This permission does not allow the Application to read, scan, or import your existing library.

• Location (optional) — used only if you enable the location widget, to display your current city or coordinates on the frame. The location is used to draw that label and is not stored or transmitted.

You can disable any of these permissions at any time in iOS Settings → FX Cam.

Face and Depth Data

The Application does not use the TrueDepth API. It does not perform face detection, facial mapping, or biometric analysis, and it does not collect or store any face or depth data.

Subscriptions

FX Cam offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, FX Pro, which unlocks the full filter set.

Purchases are processed entirely by Apple. Payment details are handled by Apple and are never seen by or shared with the Service Provider. The Application verifies subscription status locally through the App Store on your device; no purchase information is sent to the Service Provider.

Subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Data Storage and Retention

Photos and videos you capture are saved to your device's photo library and remain under your control. Application settings are stored locally on your device.

Because no personal data is collected, there is no personal data for the Service Provider to retain or delete. Deleting the Application removes all locally stored settings.

Children

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the Application collects no personal information from any user, no such data is gathered from children either.

Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Application after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
