These Terms and Conditions apply to the News Voice Reader app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Serhii Rymar (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Freemium service.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application or any part of it, or use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited. You may not attempt to extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider aims to ensure the Application is as useful and efficient as possible. They reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for services at any time, and any such charges will be clearly communicated in advance.

The Application stores and processes personal data you provide in order to deliver the service. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for controlling access to the Application. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security, expose you to malware, and cause the Application to stop functioning.

Please note that the Application uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. Below are the links to the Terms and Conditions of the third-party service providers used by the Application:

Some features of the Application require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of internet access or if you have exhausted your data allowance. If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider’s terms will still apply, and you may incur data charges, including roaming charges. You are responsible for any such costs.

The Service Provider is not responsible for ensuring your device remains charged; if it runs out of battery and you cannot use the service, no liability is accepted.

Content and Source Attribution

The Application accesses and displays content from publicly available RSS feeds provided by third-party websites and publishers. The Service Provider does not host, store, edit, or otherwise influence the content displayed in the Application. All information is shown exactly as it is received from the original RSS feed, and all intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners.

The source of each news item is clearly indicated and can be accessed by the user by tapping on the item on the main screen of the Application.

If your RSS feed or channel was mistakenly added by our editorial team and you do not wish it to be included, please contact us at awesome.world.app@gmail.com with details of the feed or item, and we will promptly remove or disable access to it.

The Service Provider does not claim any ownership over third-party content and is not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or availability.

Liability

While the Service Provider strives to ensure the Application is updated and accurate, some information is provided by third parties. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of or reliance on the content provided through the Application.

Updates and Termination

The Application may be updated from time to time to comply with operating system requirements or to introduce improvements. You agree to accept updates when offered. The Service Provider may stop providing the Application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will end, and you must delete it from your device.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and you are encouraged to review it regularly.
