COMP LIT 241: "Adventures in Audio Storytelling" was an undergraduate-level introduction to audio composition, taught in Winter 2022 at the University of Michigan by Lis Fertig, a GSI and PhD Candidate in Comparative Literature. 

COMP LIT 122: "Writing With Sound" was an adapted version of 241, re-conceived as a first-year multimodal writing course, in Winter 2023.

This site, originally created to host online resources to support students in their ongoing audio explorations, has become a home additionally for information about the courses, as well as a small selection of the amazing audio work produced by students during both courses.
