UPPER MANAGEMENT

Director Oliver Drouin is the commanding head of all USRF military operations in the Sunrise Islands. It is believed that his quarters and office are located at the top floor of the Black Mountain Complex. In Feburary 2164, Drouin pooled resources and manpower from the Lakeside Division to assist in a military coup d'état under the orders of General Étienne Dubois, now defacto dictator of the Northeastern Union.

⏵ DEPUTY DIRECTOR JOSEPH ROBINSON

Deputy Director Joseph Robinson was the second in command of the USRF's Lakeside Division until June 2164, where he was executed by Director Drouin for espionage. Evidence revealed Robinson as a spy working for the Southern Union's intelligence agency, the People's Commission of Internal Security (PCIS), for five years. The information he leaked is indirectly connected to the destruction of one of the USRF's battalions.

⏵ GOVERNOR HECTOR ACTON

Governor Hector Acton is the overseer of all NEU-affiliated frontier settlements on the Sunrise Islands. During the Northeastern Union's constitutional crisis, Acton was recalled back to Douglass to attend to unknown business. Upon his return, he and Lieutenant General Rowe have enacted expansionist policies to tighten the Union's grip on the Sunrise Islands.

⏵ LIEUTENANT GENERAL ROWE

Lieutenant General Rowe is the acting second in command of the Lakeside Division after Deputy Director Robinson's death. Rowe works closely with Governor Acton to coordinate defense for NEU settlements. Most recently, Rowe has freed USRF ground and naval forces to directly contribute to the defense of frontier towns. This change in doctrine marks NEU frontier settlements as potential military targets.
