Venus and Jupiter will share the same right ascension, with Venus passing 32' to the north of Jupiter.At around the same time, the two objects will also make a close approach, technically called an appulse.  

The Moon will reach full phase. At this time of the month, it is visible for much of the night. early Native American tribes as the Worm Moon because this was the time of year when the ground would begin to soften and the earthworms would reappear. 

The γ-Normid meteor shower will be active from 25 February to 28 March, producing its peak rate of meteors around 15 March. 

The March equinox marks the first day of spring for anybody living in the northern hemisphere. On the day of the equinox, everywhere on Earth has almost exactly 12 hours of day and night. 

1 Ceres will reach opposition when it lies opposite to the Sun in the sky. Lying in the constellation Coma Berenices, it will be visible for much of the night.

The Moon will pass in front of Venus, creating a lunar occultation visible from Asia and Africa. It will begin with the disappearance of Venus behind the Moon at 16:22 IST. Its reappearance will be visible at 17:55 IST.

The Moon and Mars will share the same right ascension, with the Moon passing 2°17' to the north of Mars. At around the same time, the two objects will also make a close approach, technically called an appulse. 

Mercury will reach half phase in its Mar–Apr 2023 evening apparition. It will be shining brightly at mag -0.4.
