VIOLATION REPORTING PROCEDURE
1. Unit Owner may:
A. Contact the other Unit owner about an alleged violation of Rules and Regulations.
B. Submit a signed Form A-4 Violation Report to the Board of Directors reporting a violation of Rules by another Unit owner. In this choice, the Unit owner is not anonymous.
C. Submit a signed complaint to the Board. The Chairman of the Rules Commission will keep the complainant Unit owner’s name confidential.
The written complaint of the violation of the Asters on Almond Homeowners Association Declaration, By-Laws, or Rules and Regulations should include the name and address of the Unit Owner charged with the violation, violation location, date of the violation, explanation of violation and Article and page number of the violation.
2. The Board shall investigate and evaluate each complaint.
