ARC is an advisory committee of volunteer residents appointed by and responsible to the board to maintain the architectural integrity and aesthetic environment of all properties within the development.
If you are planning any EXTERIOR changes to your property, i.e. adding or deleting landscaping beds, installing a new exterior sliding patio door, replacing or repairing your sidewalk, replacing windows, changing patio surfaces, etc., you must submit form A-1 and a professional looking drawing to the Architectural Review Committee for their consideration and recommendation to the AOAHA Board. The Committee may ask for additional information if it is felt necessary.
This requirement ALSO includes any additional lighting, i.e., landscaping solar lights, up lights, etc., which were not installed when the unit was originally built.
Every effort is made to accommodate a resident's request as expeditiously as possible. However, the AOAHA Bylaws state that the allowed period of time that a request is received by the Architectural Review Committee to review may be up to 30 days. Please keep this time frame in mind when planning outside improvements to your property although every effort will be made to speed up this process.
Note if the work is not performed by the resident proof of Insurance from the contractor / worker is required (CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE) the owner must be listed as the CERTIFICATE HOLDER.

Please submit your request via a completed Form A-1 electronically as an attachment to astersonalmond@gmail.com preferably or by paper to one of the ARC or Board members. One copy is sufficient.
