Dear Homeowners,
The AOAHA Board wishes to inform all homeowners of a change in AOAHA Management effective July 31, 2016 as we return to self management. Considerable thought has gone into this and we would appreciate the opportunity to share with you the main reasons for our decision.
As the Board is committed to the welfare of Asters on Almond Homeowner Association, we feel the benefits will be as follows:
Faster response and decisions for Homeowners questions and issues.
Improved and timely communications with suppliers of services.
Clarification of Homeowners property maintenance specifications.
Timely AOAHA meeting agendas.
Improved monthly accounting with continuous internal auditing of payables, receivables and operating costs.
Elimination of management service fees, saving more than $12,000 per year.
A stable monthly assessment.
Allows AOAHA to get closer to professionally recommended reserve targets.
Local banking.
Improved communication between the Board and Homeowners.
