To make a change to your Bank Information for ACH
please notify the Association (Treasurer) and allow 30 days for the change.

The monthly assessment is $370.00 (for 2025) and due and payable on the first day of each month.
ARTICLE I ASSESSMENTS AND FINES
A. The monthly assessment fee is a viable part of every homeowner’s investment. Assessments are due and payable on the first day of each month. Auto Debits will be processed by the Treasurer which will be considered ‘on-time’.
Checks which are issued by homeowner or homeowner’s Bank On-Line Bill Payment system shall be made payable to Asters on Almond Homeowners Association must be received by the first (1st) day of the month or first (1st) of January for annual payments.
If not received at the Asters PO Box by the first day of the month, a late fee of $25.00 will be charged. Non-receipt of a billing statement does not exempt a unit owner from the obligation to make an assessment payment in a timely manner.
