Life can be stressful, confusing and complicated, we can be expected to be so much, to many people making life demanding, exhausting or isolating. Family and friends may try to help but might not understand your situation, could try to fix things leaving you with a sense of not being heard or it can be difficult to share certain thoughts and feelings to those you are the closest too. Whatever the reason I am here to provide a safe space where you have the freedom to be honest, explore your feelings and talk openly about what’s going on for you. I will support you in untangling your thoughts and emotions, listen to your worries and experiences, help make sense of challenges and obstacles, so you can overcome what is holding you back.
You will have the opportunity to become more aware of your own coping abilities and develop new strategies. A chance to find a way forward and move towards that place with confidence therefore helping you to bring about the changes you want. This could be creating boundaries, developing more meaningful bonds, maintaining relationships, eliminating negative thoughts, accepting yourself or a chance to process views on a certain situation. I can work with you to minimise the negative effect of past feelings, deal with current situations and develop resilience for future concerns.
