About me

I have a broad range of experience from working in a variety of mental health and wellbeing settings including delivery of services on behalf of the NHS. I latterly held the position of Chief Executive for “Mind” the mental health charity for approaching 5 years. 

I have significant experience working with older people’s services including dementia, young people’s services including grooming and exploitation along with inpatient services and addiction programmes. I have supported individuals who have been subject to the criminal justice system and have undertaken specialist training in Violence against Women and Girls. 

I continue to develop my expertise with regular attendance on relevant courses and CPD (Continued professional development).
