Training and development courses
Delivery of a range of mental health courses, from brief 1 hour sessions on mental health for beginners, to full day courses on suicide prevention. These sessions are tailored to your staffing needs.

Support for staff to manage wellbeing in a safe neutral space, addressing concerns and identifying areas for improvement. Opportunity to explore reflective practise and improve confidence & skills.
Strategy development and planning
Development or update of individual strategies. Carrying out broad consultations, (staff, stakeholder, Service user) with linkage to mission statement, vision and values. Additionally implementing any remedial actions.
EDI and Lived experience approaches & co-production
Planning, shaping and facilitation of co-production events and empowering those who use the service. Through structured discussions to shape, design and develop these services.
Facilitation of staff away days aiming to celebrate achievements, reflecting on areas for improvement, and aims for the future. Offering mentoring for individuals or teams, providing specific guidance and training to maximise job success and development.
Policies reviews and development
Refresh of a current policy cycle, or development of a specific policy due to new working practices or legislation, for example, lone working policy, menopause policy. Extending to staff awareness sessions on changes made, and consultation, in a user-friendly format, on contractual and H&S policies in line with legal requirements.
Undertaking governance services reviews
Strengthening of internal governance including facilitating staff away days. Developing board procedures, (meeting structure & agendas) conducting trustee skills audit, supervision to support individual members through the process of Board meetings.
Services review and improvement planning
Audit of services/ process review and design of principles to improve services. May include consultations and/ or employee feedback and the implementation of change to cover restructures and the merging, removal or development of services.

Pricing: Consultancy day rates start from £700. Costing is negotiable, dependant on project length and complexity, any travel costs are additional.
