Having over 15 years’ experience driving evidence-based change in the Charity sector therein improving physical, economic, and social outcomes for organisations and people experiencing disadvantage. Before moving into consultancy, I practised professionally in mental health, criminal justice, women’s specialist agencies, homelessness, and substance misuse gaining invaluable knowledge and experience. I have worked with charities leading on systemic change, policy, strategy & governance which aided the transforming of services also developing innovative projects and delivering on national projects for HM Government, Ministry of Justice, Police, Prison and Probation.
My most recent role as CEO required working closely with local authorities and Integrated Care Boards on transformation projects, evaluation, strategic development, co-design and ensuring people with lived experience led on service change and improvement. I am an advocate for inclusion, diversity, and equality, which acts as a golden thread through my consultancy.
As a train the trainer on violence against women and girls, operating through a gender informed lens and having presented to the house of Lords I have also contributed to the development of the Women and Girls strategy for improving safety and outcomes via the Governmental panel for Women and Girls and the Police Advisory Board.
I aim to use my experience to help organisations when time is limited, management teams need additional support or when outside expertise is required for business quality or continuity.
