Major landscaping changes (grading, large installations, retaining walls)
Exterior structural changes
Additions or modifications visible from the street
Any project that may impact neighboring properties or common areas
Repainting or changing exterior colors of a home or structure
Routine yard maintenance
Planting flowers, shrubs, or trees
Minor landscaping that does not significantly alter the property
Curbing/edging around garden beds/landscaping
Backyard garden beds (not visible from the street)
Touch-up painting or repainting using the same existing color(s)
