• We will be transitioning to a new HOA bookkeeping company soon ! 

• Agile Homes has been made aware of everyones individual lots experiencing flooding, incorrect drainege , uneven grading and pooling water.   They have requested that anyone with these issues please reach out to them or put in a warrantee ticket in BuilderTrend - there is a new manager who replaced ross and we have been assured he WILL take this more serious. 

• Your HOA board of directors is aware of the less than ideal state in which our common area landscaping is in.  We are in active disucssion with our landscaping company to address these concerns and will update you accordingly.
