While we aim to support thoughtful and beneficial projects, the HOA operates with a limited budget and must prioritize projects based on cost, impact, and available resources.

The HOA does not maintain a large discretionary budget for new projects.
Projects with estimated costs over approximately $3,000 may need to be completed in phases over multiple years unless additional funding or dues adjustments are approved by the community.
Submitted ideas may be reviewed and considered by the Board based on feasibility, cost, and community interest.ย
