Aspen Meadows HOA is a non-profit corporation made up of every lot owner in the subdivision. When you purchased your property, you automatically became a member and agreed to follow two key governing documents:
Declarations of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) – These are the specific rules for the design, use, and maintenance of all lots.
By-Laws – These explain how the Board of Directors operates, holds meetings, collects assessments, and manages the association.
These documents were written specifically for Aspen Meadows Subdivision in Fruitland, Idaho, and they are the only rules the Board and Architectural Control Committee (ACC) are authorized to enforce. They are subject to current City of Fruitland ordinances, Idaho state law, and applicable U.S. federal law
