The Aspen Meadows Homeowners Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of community members. The Board is responsible for carrying out the duties outlined in the Association’s governing documents, including maintaining common areas, managing finances, and reviewing certain property improvements.
All Board members serve on a voluntary basis and are not compensated for their time. While we are committed to fulfilling our responsibilities and supporting the community, we are not a full-time management company and may not be immediately available at all times.
The Board operates with the goal of maintaining property values, protecting the integrity of the neighborhood, and ensuring fairness across the community, as outlined in the governing documents.
At the same time, we strive to take a reasonable and practical approach to governance. We do not aim to be intrusive or overly restrictive, and we recognize that homeowners should feel comfortable and at home in their own property.
Not all situations require strict enforcement, and where appropriate, the Board may exercise discretion, consider context, and evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis.
We will uphold the governing documents and our legal responsibilities
We will review requests and concerns thoughtfully and fairly
We will take reasonable complaints seriously
We will aim to communicate clearly and consistently
Please review the Documents page before submitting questions
Use the appropriate forms for requests and approvals
Allow reasonable time for responses
Approach communication respectfully and constructively
