Absolutely criminal if I didn't put a Dragontree decklist as our first one.
The titular card, the Dragontree himself.
A bombastic effect, a beautiful countdown-style of game-winning skills. What other better way to enjoy the overTrigger effect than to guarantee it (provided you last).
Our deck focuses on applying pressure through orders using the Stoichea line as well as Bist Alvas to generate more markers and replenish orders.
The ability to add Dragontree markers is crucial for your Gryphoglia to get the critical as well as hit for additional power, so the Dragontree Wretches are all important in every nation variation of Gryphoglia.
Bist Aiyatvas allows you to replenish your orders such as Tearing Malice and Wild Intelligence, so do utilize his [ACT] skill often!
What's a BT04 card doing here being featured?
Roaming Prison Dragon provides powerful pressure when called after u play an order. Since the deck does not Alchemagic, we only pick either 10k Power or Crit+1.
On non-Persona Ride turns, it is much better to use the power to ensure your unit can hit. On Persona Ride turns, you can consider using the Critical gain to pressure or force guards from your opponents.
As we are running the default double 100Million overTrigger over the Stoichea overTrigger, you can give Roaming Prison 100Million as well as the Crit effect!
Stern Blaukluger is back with a vengeance, as Avantgarda rends the sky!
As with all Brandt Gate decks so far, they all revolve around the use of Set Orders. Avantgarda is no exception, as he uses Strategy Orders to activate different effects! Retire your opponent's units, restrict their guard options, give power to your front row, different battle situations require different Strategic choices!
Take to the skies and wield your Strategic options well!
Oddly enough, Freiheitz is not just important in Welstra, but important in most decks that require Persona Ride. As Avantgarda can trigger his restand skill without hitting as long as he Persona Rode that turn, Freiheitz ensures that you can fetch copies of Avantgarda to Persona Ride the next turn!
He's a simple rare card, but don't look down on Goldog Dragon!
When you discard a card to restand Avantgarda, you can call Goldog Dragon over other rearguards, making Avantgarda decks a 5 attack style!
Do note that he requires a Set Order to be in the Order Zone, so watch out when you're using up your Strategy orders!
Astroea = Unica revolves around soulblasting your own G0 trigger units to give your own units power. If you have Critical Triggers that were blasted, they go into the Bind Zone, and for the rest of the game whenever you use the SB3 effect, Astroea gets to retire an opponent's rearguard, gains a critical as well as a drive if you have 3 Critical Triggers bound!
Guarding early with Critical Triggers and control the field, while using the abilities of your rearguards to replenish your soul with them.
Kitz Peak Griffin is the card that allows for early guarding. By throwing Critical Triggers early, Kitz Peak helps you put them into the soul for your Vanguard to blast them and bind them.
Kitz Peak is also powerful both offensively and defensively, and all around great for keeping pressure in Astroea=Unica decks.
A very stacked Persona Ride card, Cleansweep allows you to effectively put 3 of your opponent's rearguards into the soul.
Or you can add 3 cards from your own field into the soul. It's powerful to splash, but really good for Almajestar decks to just push your opponent over the edge with the amount of guard required since Cleansweep will be 10000 + 10000 (persona) + 15000 (3 units put into soul) as well as removing any strong and pesky intercepters.
As the Heroes deck (or B-Heroes in EN) have gotten an upgrade (honestly, it was just one card but it made it super consistent), I would like to bring it to attention once more.
I've always been a fan of Heroes as an archtype, so when new support (in the form of ONE card) was here, I just had to give it another spin. Unite Dianos grants your front row +5000 Power, and with Direct Foriel you can hit 4 times with Hero units.
Bold Saros alone breathes new life into the Hero decks.
His ability allows you to call him out for CB1 when discarded for trigger the Base effects, allowing you to call out 2 Heroes (himself and 1 scouted Hero that was in the base). He then replenishes the base with a Hero from the drop zone, allowing you a myriad of possibilites when you discard for your ride phase.
Bold Saros highlights the importance of knowing what to discard for your ride phase and the amount of information you're giving to your opponent during your ride phases.
Being a 20k beater when you have 2 bases, Bold Saros really brings the Heroes deck to a whole new level.
Abend Robust is another card that brings the Heroes deck to another level, while not being a Hero card himself. Being able to fetch another copy of the base allows Hero players to replenish scout cards and play very defensively, while enabling Unite Dianos' critical and power gain skill.
Do note that this makes the deck somewhat CounterBlast heavy, so do utilize your counterblasts well for the situation at hand!
