Example PDP Documents

The format of a PDP is not defined in law, nor is there any specific format used in general practice. It is YOUR document, for YOUR child. It does not need to be as cumbersome as the usual school IEP document. Below are some ideas, but be creative!

A one-page PDP, with a general discussion of the homeschool plan for the year.

A three page PDP, with more formal sections that you can include or not.
