One of our primary responsibilities towards our pets is ensuring their peace, health and welfare. As responsible “parents” and pet owners, we need to ensure that our animals are protected, even when the situation is not “normal.”
I started realizing the feeling when one summer, I was sleeping, and it started hailing. Would you believe what the first thought that came to mind was?

I frantically ran and brought them in. I was terrified and really concerned about them. Are they afraid of the hail and storm?
The tiny hearts were beating fast, and that feeling heightened in me a greater concern for their well being in the future. I started thinking of each possible situation that could be harmful or tough for them.
I started planning and preparing for any emergency, no matter how it might affect them for something that nature might throw at us.

· Stay alert: About the food, allergies, sickness or injuries, and their possible first aid.
· Access signs: Some vital signs can save you and your pet from a lot
· Know the basics: About environmental and weather conditions that can harm your pet.
· Be prepared: About natural disasters like floods, earthquakes, storms, etc.
