Topic 3 starts with the strategic role of finance as a key business function. We shall then consider the processes of financial management which is what the finance function actually do. Then we will consider influences on financial management (which addresses the sources and types of funds) and finally we consider the strategies of financial management which are used to improve the goals of finance in the business.
