Through my time in Big Picture, I have found my self to often fall back on one of my key strengths- leadership.
This is something I am very passionate about, as so many people have helped me to get to where I am now, and I feel the duty to provide this service back to others who need it.
I believe that I am a natural-born leader, and have shown leadership skills and qualities even outside of leadership roles for as long as I can remember.

In Year 11, I led a team of Big Picture students in a group project working on a 50cc Honda Monkey Bike engine.
Through this project I improved my team, resource and time management skills.
I have also taken on several mentoring roles both inside and outside of school. This has included dedicated mentoring roles within Big Picture, and helping less-experienced colleagues while on internship.
I helped to prepare, educate and teach at the 2025 STEM Olympiad at our school.
Along with a classmate, I assisted the leading teacher by creating the examples of the models that the students were going to make, and then aiding the students when it was their turn. I tried to be concious of how much input I was providing to ensure that the students could figure things out themselves and learn from the experience.
