CST: Craniosacral Therapy Myofascial Release
A gentle, hands-on technique that focuses on evaluating and enhancing the functioning of the craniosacral system—the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. This therapy supports the body’s natural healing processes and is intended to help reduce tension, promote relaxation, and improve overall wellbeing. CST services must be performed in accordance with current training, certification, and within the scope of non-medical holistic care.

After your consult & you've decided I'm the right fit for your family, Get in touch with me to verify availability & discuss your support needs. (ie: Day Postpartum Support and/or Overnight Postpartum Doula Support and the length of support desired.)

Once you've signed the Postpartum Doula Contract and paid the 50% retainer, your spot is reserved on my calendar! Balance is due at 37 weeks or before support begins.
