CST: Craniosacral Therapy Myofascial Release
A gentle, hands-on technique that focuses on evaluating and enhancing the functioning of the craniosacral system—the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. This therapy supports the body’s natural healing processes and is intended to help reduce tension, promote relaxation, and improve overall well-being. CST services are performed in accordance with current training, certification, and within the scope of non-medical holistic care.
