🔴 Author registration must be done (with payment) by August 15, 2025.
🔹 A full registration fee includes proceedings, admissions to all sessions (including keynotes, tutorial sessions, technical sessions, poster sessions, innovation sessions, special sessions, and the DEP session), and lunches, coffee breaks, and a banquet (for on-site attendees only).
🔹 A student registration fee includes the same as a full registration except the banquet is not included.
🔹 Registration fees will be charged in New Taiwan Dollar (NT$) only, according to local financial regulations.
NOTE: A “paper” refers to a technical, poster, or innovation session paper.
🔹 To ensure that the paper is published in the symposium proceedings, IEICE Proceedings Series, and IEEE Xplore, at least one author of an accepted paper must register as a presenter and pay the full registration fee by the early-bird due date, even if the registrant is a student. (Innovation session papers are included only in the symposium proceedings.)
🔹 For authors with multiple papers accepted, one full registration is required for each accepted paper. Please register each paper individually in the online registration system.
🔹 EDAS paper number (10-digit number) and paper title are required for author registration.
🔹 Please indicate whether your presentation will be in-person (on-site) or online in the registration.
🔹 Each registrant must first create an account in the online registration system and fill in relevant information (including username, email address, and password). After creating an account, the account user can log into the online registration system again for online credit card payment.
🔹 If the account user will be the presenter of an accepted paper, she/he must pay the full rate and fill in the paper ID (10-digit number in the EDAS system) of the accepted paper.
🔹 Online payment will be charged in New Taiwan Dollar (NT$).
🔹 Online payment must be made by August 15, 2025, to enjoy the early-bird rate.
🔹 If the account user chooses to use an offline wire transfer for payment, the user should also log into the online registration system to fill in relevant information for payment checking. Offline payment can be in New Taiwan Dollar (NT$) or US Dollar (USD).

🔹 Notice for the domestic/international bank transfer: All bank service charges for the bank transfer must be paid by the registrants. Offline payment should be made by August 15, 2025, to enjoy the early-bird rate. You cannot choose the bank transfer payment after August 31, 2025.
🔹 After a successful payment, you can download the receipt from the online registration system.
🔹 For online payment, once you complete the payment, the online registration system will automatically update the order status to "Completed". Then, the receipt can be downloaded immediately from the system.
🔹 For offline payment, we need to confirm whether the order payment has been received. If so, we will set the order status to "Completed". After that, the receipt can be downloaded from the system.
🔹 Author registration cannot be refunded.
🔹 Other registrations cannot be refunded after September 1, 2025. All refund/cancellation requests must be provided via e-mail to the Finance Co-Chair, Prof. Ruei-Hau Hsu, with the subject "[APNOMS2025 Refund Request]". A cancellation fee of NT$3,000 (100 USD) will be charged for each refund.
