🏛️ Attendees and other participants of certain nationalities will be required to obtain visas to enter Taiwan. They ought to apply in person at the Taiwanese embassies or consulates in their countries.

🔹 If you are not sure whether you need to acquire a visa, or if you don't know what document you should prepare, please make inquiries to the Taiwanese embassy or consulate in the country where you reside.
If you need an invitation letter to apply for a visa, please fill out the "Request Form for Invitation Letter" and send it to APNOMS 2025 General Chair (You-Chiun Wang, ycwang@cse.nsysu.edu.tw) or Secretary (Bing-Hong Liu, bhliu@nkust.edu.tw) before August 15, 2025. Meanwhile, please also send the scanned version of your passport for the record. Note that "Invitation Letter to APNOMS 2025" will be issued only to:
🔹 Keynote speakers, presenters, panelists, and organizing committee members
🔹 Conference participants who have paid their registration fees
🔴 Please keep in mind that attendees are responsible for making their own visa arrangements, which could take more than a month.
