General Instructions
🔹 The online technical and poster sessions of APNOMS 2025 will be held in the web-conferencing space “Zoom”.
Online technical session: 13:00-16:00 (180 min) on September 23 [ Zoom link ]
Online poster session: 16:00-17:10 (70 min) on September 23 [ Zoom link ]
🔹 Authors must upload a pre-recorded video for their presentations (e.g., using PowerPoint). We request you to prepare and upload a video of your presentation, comprising of a brief introduction with webcam (if desired). The recording should contain a prominent view of the presentation slides along with audio of the presenter. Moreover, you have to show the paper title, names and affiliations of authors, and the presenter’s name in the recording.
🔹 The video duration is at most 20 minutes for a technical paper and at most 8 minutes for a poster paper.
🔹 All videos should be in MPEG-4 (.mp4) format. The minimum height of the video is 720 pixels. The aspect ratio of the video should be 16:9. The size of the video should not exceed 300 MB.
🔹 In the online technical session, the total time allocated to each presenter is 25 minutes, including 20 minutes for paper presentation (using videos) and 5 minutes for Q&A.
🔹 In the online poster session, the total time allocated to each presenter is 10 minutes, including 8 minutes for paper presentation (using videos) and 2 minutes for Q&A.

🔹 Before uploading your video file, please make sure that you have named your file as your presentation-ID (e.g., OT-1.mp4).
🔹 For those who has a Google account, please upload your video files to the Google directory:

🔹 For those who does not have a Google account or could not access the Google directory, please send your video files to our staff, Mr. Hsu, using Weiyun-WeChat. Please refer to the following instructions:

Send a single-line message via WeChat with the following content APNOMS2025_Presentation-ID (e.g., APNOMS2025_OT-1).
Then, send the following message via WeChat to Mr. Hsu:
1. Name: Full name of the presenter (with title if you prefer)
2. E-mail: E-mail address of the presenter
3. Link: Link to your video file in Weiyun
