NO RESERVATIONS via DMs as the Registration Form is open publicly. Directly register once ready.

B. REGISTRATION STEPS
✓ ENSURE YOU HAVE A TELEGRAM (TG) ACCOUNT
1. FILL OUT THE REGISTRATION FORM (REG FORM)
2. SEND PAYMENT UPON REGISTRATION
Down Payment (DP) or Full Payment is REQUIRED upon registration
3. JOIN THE TELEGRAM CHANNEL & CHAT BOX for Registered Joiners

4. SUBMIT THE REGISTRATION FORM
Make sure to CLICK SUBMIT
5. VALIDATE YOUR REGISTRATION in the Registered Joiners Public Master List (PUBLIC ML) within 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS after successfully submitting the REG FORM
Public ML link will be dropped in the Telegram General Channel for Registered Joiners
C. IMPORTANT NOTE
NO EXEMPTIONS and ALTERATIONS on the TERMS and CONDITIONS will be honored once Registration has been submitted.
TERMS and CONDITIONS are automatically considered to be acknowledged and accepted by the joiners upon submission of registration.

EARLY BOARD REGISTRATION
o LIMITED SLOTS open for a certain period
INITIAL OPENING: 13 SLOTS (1 VAN) per Location & Timeslot are OPEN
ADDITIONAL OPENING: 13 SLOTS (1 VAN) WILL OPEN if initial slots have been claimed before SLOT LIMITATION
o INSTALLMENT OPTION for payment is allowed – see Payment Policy section for further details
o EARLY BOARD PRICING is applied
NEAR D-DAY REGISTRATION
o REMAINING SLOTS LEFT from Early Board Registration Period – unclaimed slots left from Early Board will be up for claiming
o FULL PAYMENT OPTION for payment ONLY
o NEAR D-DAY PRICING is applied – fare price increase due to rush processing of boarding details (around 5% or ₱20.00 - ₱30.00)
SLOT LIMITATION - Closing and limitation of Locations & Timeslots with Low/No Registered Joiners before Near D-DAY period (by mid-Early Board Period)

o Unregistered Names/Persons won’t be allowed to board on D-Day for security even if booked slot is fully paid

GROUP BOOKING – register and book for TWO (2) OR MORE PERSONS thru 1 Registration Form

o GROUP Registration should be done by the Group Representative (GROUP REP) ONLY
o Please select 1 GROUP REP if you and your companion/s will proceed with Group Booking
o TG ACCOUNT NOTES: Joiners under a Group Booking are allowed to not have a Telegram Account but the GROUP REP SHOULD HAVE A TELEGRAM ACCOUNT
GROUP REPRESENTATIVE (GROUP REP) – main contact for the Group under Group Booking
o The first person that AOB will contact regarding trip concerns for their Group
o The person that should relay the T&Cs and FAQs of AOB to their companion/s
o The person responsible to register their companion/s personal info for boarding information
GROUP BOOKING CONDITIONS
o PAYMENT: Number of booked slots should be paid with a single payment receipt

o LOCATION & TIMESLOT: Chosen Location & Timeslot should be the same as vehicles are initially assigned per location and timeslot
GROUP BOARDING PAYMENT REMINDERS
BOARDING with a Group/Companion AND will PAY FOR THE SLOTS OF THE COMPANION/s
o Select 1 GROUP REP and proceed with GROUP BOOKING in the Registration
o Registration should be paid with a SINGLE PAYMENT RECEIPT ONLY
BOARDING with a Group/Companion BUT will ONLY PAY FOR A SINGLE SLOT OR ALL OF YOU WILL BE PAYING SEPARATELY and INDIVIDUALLY
o Proceed with SOLO BOOKING in the Registration
o LIST DOWN the Names of your Companions in the COMPANION LIST SECTION of the Registration
⟡ This will help us assign you and your companions in the same vehicle if you will be booking under the same location and timeslot
o Make sure to remind your companion/s to register too as their slots are not yet reserved even if they are listed under the COMPANION LIST in the Registration Form
