The AOB Team are not liable for any risk of injury, property damage, and other dangers associated with the activities outside the transpo event. Dangers peculiar to such activities include, but are not limited to: stains, sprains, bruises, concussion, heart attack, heat exhaustion.
Expected TO KEEP VALUABLES SECURE – should be responsible for the safety and security of their own valuables.
The AOB Team not limited to its transpo event Organizers, Admins, and Drivers are NOT LIABLE for any lost or stolen items left unattended.
The Ajy On Board (AOB) Team values and protects your personal information in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). The personal information you supplied in the Registration will only be used and processed for our stated intended purposes.

For passenger’s onboard insurance
For transpo event related communication purposes
For contact tracing after the event
Ajy On Board will maintain and treat any information acquired in the Registration with HIGH CONFIDENTIALITY.
With this, joiners must also agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information provided to them in relation to the transpo event, not limited to the information of the AOB team, organizers, admins, drivers, co-joiners, and trip details.
Joiners gives the right to Ajy On Board (AOB) Team to provide specific information (name and contact details) to their assigned driver, shuttle/vehicle provider partners, head operators, onsite admin (OA), and shuttle/vehicle point of contact (POC) for transpo event related communication purposes upon proceeding with the Registration.
Registration details will be kept within 60 days after the transpo event for contact tracing and will be DELETED forever.
AOB’s message box via Telegram is open for any concerns regarding joiner’s confidentiality.
AOB Transpo Events are on a Registration Form Basis. To successfully book a slot, a JOINER must submit a Registration Form.

NO SPECIAL PICKUPS = strictly exact pickup location only
o Request of Special Pickup or Request of what route to take to be picked up will not be honored.
BOARDING THE VEHICLE RULES
o ALLOWED BEFORE the pickup time IF:
✓ ALL JOINERS are complete BEFORE the scheduled pickup time; OR
✓ ID has been validated and the vehicle is on standby in a secured nearby parking spot
DEPARTURE AT THE PICKUP POINT NOTES
o Any AOB vehicle can depart the pickup point earlier than scheduled departure time IF AND ONLY IF all joiners have boarded the vehicle already.
o Strictly no rushing and forcing the vehicle to depart if joiners are not yet complete only IF Grace Period has not yet been consumed – AOB reserves the right to let the vehicles depart the pickup point once Grace Period has been consumed even if joiners are incomplete.
o Strictly no requests of Grace Period extension - please manage to arrive by your chosen timeslot.
MISSED BOARDING AT PICKUP
o NO REFUNDS – joiners who failed to board their shuttles before departure at the pickup location are not entitled for any refunds.
o GOING BACK/RETURN TRIP – joiners who missed their shuttles during pickup are still allowed to join and board their shuttles going back to the drop-off.
✓ Communicate with AOB and your assigned Onsite Admin or POC if you will be joining the trip back to the drop-off point for boarding back guidelines.
o NEXT AVAILABLE SHUTLLE – joiners who missed their shuttles are allowed to join the next available shuttle (with minimal fee for rush transfer on pickup boarding - ₱50) IF AND ONLY IF there is an available space in any location and timeslot.
✓ Communicate with AOB and your assigned Onsite Admin or POC via TELEGRAM if you wanted to check for an available space on any AOB shuttles.
✓ NOTE: AVAILABILITY of seats are NOT GUARANTEED as seats tend to sold out.
NO STOPOVERS – no stopovers will be honored EXCEPT for emergencies as we aim to avoid delays going to the venue
o BATHROOM EMERGENCY: kindly coordinate with your Driver for a quick stop (maximum of 15 minutes) and inform AOB/assigned OA
o STOPOVER FOR FOOD PURCHASING: NOT ALLOWED - make sure to allot time in terms of buying food/merch/meds, etc. and using the comfort room before boarding.
[GOING BACK - BOARDING] BOARDING FOR DROP-OFF
NO SPECIAL DROP-OFFS = drop-offs along the route is allowed but NO SPEICAL REQUESTS on what route to take that will cause a detour
o Request of Special Drop-off (beyond the official Drop-off location) or Request of what route to take to be dropped off on preferred dropped off point will not be honored.
LATE ARRIVAL AT DROP-OFF POSSIBILITY
o Joiners should acknowledge that it is possible to be dropped off between midnight to dawn (12AM-4AM) as the show may end late and high volume of traffic may occur due to volume of vehicles leaving the area at the same time.
o The AOB team and its partnered drivers have no control over traffic and possible delays that may arise resulting to late arrival of the vehicles to their drop-off locations. Nonetheless, AOB will ensure that the trip going back home will be the safest and fastest as possible.
TIME ALLOWANCE AFTER THE SHOW = MAXIMUM of 1 HOUR ONLY (+30 minutes if rain/official after event activities occur).
o TIME ALLOWANCE = the time given for joiners to go back to their vehicles or go to the official meet-up place after the show.
o Official Parking and Meet-up place after the show will be detailed in the Joiner’s Guide (guidelines will be dropped in the General Channel within the week before D-DAY).
o Joiners are allowed to take pictures, go to restrooms, buy food, etc. before going back to their vehicles as long as within the time allowance.
o AFTER the 1-HOUR time allowance, joiners who have not boarded their vehicles yet will be called to board their vehicles IMMEDIATELY or else they might get left behind by their shuttles.
o ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES will apply on top of time allowance for the following cases:
✓ RAIN DELAYS – if rain occurs that can affect the difficulty of navigating the way back to the Parking
✓ OFFICIAL AFTER SHOW ACTIVITIES – if there’s an after show event not limited to: SEND OFF, FIREWORK SHOW, SPLASH/WATER FEST (needs extra time with changing/drying clothes), ETC.
✓ BOARDING WITH AN AOB ADMIN – if assigned vehicle is the vehicle that the will be boarded by any AOB admin; AOB admins need to ensure first that all their handled vehicles (1 admin = 1 location) are moving before they can go
NO JOINERS LEFT BEHIND POLICY BUT WITH RESTRICTIONS
o EXTRA 15: Any joiners who have not boarded their vehicles after the 1 HOUR TIME ALLOWANCE will only be given an additional 15 minutes more to board their vehicles immediately IF THEY HAVE INFORMED AOB or their assigned OA/POC of their status and location.
o NO UPDATES: Any joiner who did not provide any update to AOB or their assigned OA/POC will be considered to be “not boarding for the going back/return trip” and will automatically grant AOB the right to let the joiner’s vehicle to depart the venue already.
o UNRESPONSIVE: Any joiner who is unresponsive during the extra 15 minutes after the time allowance will be considered to be “not boarding for the going back/return trip” and will automatically grant AOB the right to let the joiner’s vehicle to depart the venue already.
o UNEXPECTED ISSUES/ONSITE THEFT & SCAMS: Any joiner who unexpectedly encountered issues onsite not limited to theft and scam will be given an additional 30-minute time allowance to file a report or visit and check the Lost & Found.
✓ Joiners who will choose to wait for the progress on their reported issue (beyond additional 30 minutes) should decide if they will join their vehicles going back to the drop-off point or will choose to not board back. PLEASE BE ATTENTIVE AND BE CAREFUL AT ALL TIMES.
o SIGNAL ISSUES: If signal issues persist, please make sure to be informed and aware of the MEET-UP PLACE AFTER THE SHOW or know how to locate the AOB Organizer’s/Admin vehicle (OV).
o AOB ONSITE ADMIN ASSISTANCE: AOB Onsite Admins (OAs) will be available at the venue’s parking area if any assistance is needed.
DEPARTURE TO DROP-OFF NOTES
o Any AOB vehicle can ONLY depart the venue’s parking area even if the 1-hour Time Allowance has not been fully consumed IF AND ONLY IF ALL JOINERS are already boarded and complete in their vehicle.
o Strictly no rushing and forcing the vehicle to depart if joiners are not yet complete and Time Allowance after the show has not yet been consumed.
NO STOPOVERS – no stopovers will be honored EXCEPT for emergencies as we aim to avoid delays going back to the drop-off.

AOB Organizer’s/Admin Vehicle (OV) and boarding with Onsite Admin (OA)
o LAST TO DEPART: Joiners that will be boarding in the Organizer’s/Admin vehicle should acknowledge that the vehicle will not depart the venue until all other handled AOB vehicles have departed.
This section introduces a quick onboarding of AOB's implemented set of guidelines. Joiners are still encouraged to read the entirety of AOB's Terms & Conditions to further understand the importance, restrictions, and limitations of each guideline.
AOB's published TERMS & CONDITIONS are automatically acknowledged and accepted by the joiners upon submission of Registration Form. No exemptions and alterations will be made.
1. SOLO JOINERS and GROUP REP JOINERS SHOULD HAVE a TELEGRAM account.
a. BOOKING OPTIONS: SOLO Booking or GROUP Booking
b. GROUP REP = main contact for Group Booking
c. Unregistered Telegram Accounts are not allowed to be added in any General Channel or Group Chat.
2. 1 SLOT = 1 SEAT. All AOB Transpo Events are ROUNDTRIP. ONE-WAY BOARDING is allowed but SLOT PRICING/TRANSPO FARE is fixed. NO DISCOUNTS for ONE-WAY TRIP.
a. BOARDING OPTIONS: ROUNDTRIP (Back & Forth) or ONE-WAY (Going To/Going Back)
b. All legitimate passenger info should be registered for identity validation on D-DAY.
c. Purchasing an extra slot for extra space is allowed but UNREGISTERED NAMES will not be allowed to board even if booked slot is fully paid.
3. PAYMENT should be settled for the number of slots booked UPON REGISTRATION.
a. Payment Options: Installment (DP + RB) or Full Payment
i. DP = Downpayment
ii. RB = Remaining Balance (should be settled on RB Deadline)
b. All payments made are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.
4. ALL purchased slots are NON-REFUNDABLE BUT TRANSFERABLE WITH LIMITATIONS.
a. SLOT TRANSFER = transfer of registered slot to a new/unregistered joiner (also applicable for change of companion)
b. SLOT TRANSFER FEE (Early Board period) = FREE
c. SLOT TRANSFER FEE (Near D-Day period but not within 1 week before D-DAY) = ₱200.00/slot
d. SLOT TRANSFER FEE (within 1 week before D-DAY) = ₱300.00/slot
e. CANCELLATIONS NO MATTER OF ANY REASON will automatically make any payment made NON-REFUNDABLE if slot won’t be transferred. Please take your time to decide and register once ready.
5. Change of Registered Boarding Location/Timeslot/Day is allowed but is SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
a. [LTD] TRANSFER REQUEST = transfer of registered boarding location/timeslot/day
b. [LTD] TRANSFER REQUEST FEE (1st time) = FREE
c. [LTD] TRANSFER REQUEST FEE (more than once) = ₱20.00/request
6. SEAT SELECTION = FIRST COME, FIRST CHOOSE basis upon arrival at the PICKUP LOCATION on D-DAY.
a. VEHICLES are pre-determined (model/unit/interior varies) and vehicle details will be dropped in specific VAN GCs within the week before D-Day.
b. NO GUARANTEED SPECIFIC SEATS/PRIORITIZATION for all joiners EXCEPT for PWD, Senior, Pregnant, Minors, Joiners with special concerns (motion sickness, etc.), and the assigned POC.
7. Letter of Consent for Minors (under age of 18) AND Medical Waiver for Joiners with special concerns (motion sickness, medical concerns, etc.) should be submitted.
a. Letter/Waiver templates of AOB are available in the Registration Form.
b. Minors (under age of 18) should submit a Letter of Consent even if boarding with or without a guardian/companion.
8. NO SPECIAL PICKUPs and DROP-OFFs will be honored.
a. Drop-offs along the route is allowed but NO SPECIAL REQUESTS on what route to take.
9. NO STOPOVERS will be honored EXCEPT for emergencies.
10. STAYING, EATING, and LEAVING ITEMS inside the vehicle is ALLOWED WITH RESTRICTIONS.
a. STAYING INSIDE the vehicle at the venue’s parking area while waiting for the show doors to open or while waiting for a registered companion who is watching the show is ALLOWED but AIRCONS WILL BE OFF. AIRCONS will only be ON during the ride. *For PARKING A/C USE ADD-ON, please refer to the ADD-ON section in the Registration Form.
b. EATING INSIDE the vehicle is ALLOWED but with CLAYGO rules to follow. AVOID FOOD/DRINK SPILLS to avoid CLEANING FEE. Cleaning Fee = 500.00
c. LEAVING ITEMS inside the vehicle is ALLOWED but DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES. AOB won’t be liable for any loss of items left inside the vehicle. Strictly no bringing of hazardous items.
11. TIME ALLOWANCE AFTER THE SHOW = MAXIMUM of 1 HOUR ONLY (+30 minutes if rain/official after event activities occur).
a. TIME ALLOWANCE = the time given for joiners TO GO BACK TO THEIR VEHICLES or GO TO THE OFFICIAL MEET-UP PLACE AFTER THE SHOW (guidelines will be dropped in the General Channel within the week before D-DAY).
MINORS (joiners under age 18) ARE ALLOWED TO BOOK A SLOT AND BOARD WITH AOB.
LETTER OF CONSENT
SAFETY MEASURE: A Letter of Consent and APPROVAL from the Minor’s Guardian shall be SUBMITTED UPON REGISTRATION.

BOARDING WITH A GUARDIAN or COMPANION
o REQUIRED LETTER TEMPLATE: Guardian Letter of Consent [IF BOARDING WITH A GUARDIAN]
o BOOKED BY A GUARDIAN/COMPANION: If you are a Guardian/Companion of a Minor and you will be the one to book for your slots and submit the Registration Form, Letter of Consent Template is still required to be accomplished and you will be completing the template on behalf of your companion who is a minor.
VEHICLE ASSIGNMENT
WHAT VEHICLE TO USE?
VANS WILL BE USED FOR ALL LOCATIONS
The model/unit/interior of the vans varies from the following:
Toyota Hi-Ace Commuter; 14 seats
Toyota Hi-Ace Deluxe; 14 seats
Foton Traveller Large; 15 seats
Foton Traveller XL; 17 seats
Nissan NV350; 14 seats
VEHICLE ASSIGNMENT NOTES:
LOW DEMAND: In case of low demand, vehicle could be converted to an SUV (for min. of 5-7 passengers)
EXACT VEHICLE ASSIGNED: SUVs/VANs will depend on what the Driver will use. NO EXACT assigned Vans and Drivers yet as they will be determined by the week of the event.
EXACT VEHICLE INTERIOR: Interior of the vehicle varies and differs from one another depending on the customization/layout of the unit. Vehicles might have or might not have headrests.
✦ Vehicles (Vans) are initially assigned PER LOCATION AND TIMESLOT and will then be categorized into INDEPENDENT or COMBINED vehicles during Near D-DAY period.
o INDEPENDENT Vehicles = 1 pickup & 1 drop-off location only
Vehicles who have met the MINIMUM NUMBER OF SLOTS (12) claimed per location & timeslot
GRACE PERIOD: 15 minutes
o COMBINED LOCATION VEHICLES = 2 pickups & 2 drop-off locations
Vehicles who have NOT met the MINIMUM NUMBER OF SLOTS (12) claimed per location & timeslot
GRACE PERIOD: NO GRACE PERIOD – grace period has been converted as travel time to the 2nd pickup location
CALL TIME: SAME for both locations in regards with Seat Selection
PICKUP TIME: will be adjusted accordingly but is still based on the Registered Timeslot
Joiners may choose from the 2 locations for their pickup and drop-off
Combined Locations will be along the route so that there won’t be any added unnecessary travel time
If demand increases, combined location vans can be converted into INDEPENDENT VEHICLES or SUVs (for min. of 5-7 passengers)
UNDERPERFORMING LOCATIONS & TIMESLOTS
A MINIMUM OF 12 SLOTS PER VAN should be occupied to proceed with the chosen Location & Timeslot.
If minimum slots (12) won’t be occupied in the chosen location and timeslot, vehicle will AUTOMATICALLY BE a COMBINED LOCATION VEHICLE. Nonetheless, other workaround can be of the following:
o COMBINED LOCATION: Combined Location Vehicle (2 pickup locs ; 2 drop-off locs) with the same Timeslot (NO GRACE PERIOD) will be implemented. Pickup time will be adjusted accordingly. Near loc points and along the route locations only; ex. Espana + Tayuman
o OPTION TO TRANSFER: option to transfer to another van with available seats in a different timeslot or different location will be given
o TIMESLOT ADJUSTMENT: timeslot adjustment will be implemented to combine 2 different timeslots within the same location to meet halfway (all joiners affected will be reached out to and will be considered)
o CONVERT TO SUV: Assigned vehicle will be an SUV (min. of 5-7 passengers)
SEATING ARRANGEMENT – SEAT SELECTION
Vehicles are pre-determined by AOB and SEAT SELECTION will be on a FIRST COME, FIRST CHOOSE basis upon arrival at the PICKUP LOCATION on D-DAY.
o SEAT SELECTION BASIS: FIRST COME at the pickup location, FIRST CHOOSE seats
o PRIORITIZATION: NO GUARANTEED SPECIFIC SEATS/PRIORITIZATION for all joiners with EXEMPTION to POCs, Seniors, PWDs, Minors (joiners under age 18), Pregnant Women, and Joiners with Special Concerns (Medical Concerns, Motion Sickness, etc.) based on REGISTRATION
o FIRST 2 ROWS: The first 2 rows of the vehicle will be reserved for joiners exempted from the First Come, First Choose Seat Selection UNTIL THE PICKUP TIME ONLY
o SEAT SELECTION EXEMPTION NOTES
✦ Joiners exempted from the first come, first choose policy shall still ARRIVE ON TIME.
✦ Arriving during the Grace Period will automatically void the exemption.
✦ IMPORTANT: IF ALL OR MOST joiners in 1 vehicle will be boarded by joiners with special concerns, NO PRIORITIZATION will be given for all.
SELECTED SEAT NOTES
o YOUR SEAT AT THE PICKUP IS YOUR SEAT FOR THE WHOLE DAY.
o DO NOT OCCUPY: Do not occupy another joiner’s seat without their knowledge.
✦ You might invalidate another joiner’s personal space by invading or occupying a seat that is not yours.
o Make sure to arrive on time to secure your desired seat.
JOINERS SUBJECT FOR FIRST COME, FIRST CHOOSE EXEMPTION
POCs (Point of Contact) – entitled to choose their seats first above all.
o ONLY POCs are entitled to choose their seats first, companion of POCs shall still follow the sequence of seat selection.
SENIORs – please show Senior ID to assigned Onsite Admin or POC before boarding.
MINORs (joiners under age 18) – please submit a Letter of Consent for Minors upon Registration.

GROUP BOARDING PAYMENT REMINDERS
BOARDING with a Group/Companion AND will PAY FOR THE SLOTS OF THE COMPANION/s
o Select 1 GROUP REP and proceed with GROUP BOOKING in the Registration
o Registration should be paid with a SINGLE PAYMENT RECEIPT ONLY
BOARDING with a Group/Companion BUT will ONLY PAY FOR A SINGLE SLOT OR ALL OF YOU WILL BE PAYING SEPARATELY and INDIVIDUALLY

PAYMENT upon REGISTRATION POLICY
PAYMENT should be settled for the number of slots booked UPON REGISTRATION.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: Installment (DP + RB) or Full Payment
o INSTALLMENT OPTION – available during Early Board Registration Period ONLY

⟡ DP = Downpayment upon Registration
⟡ RB = Remaining Balance settlement on or before Remaining Balance Deadline
⟡ DP AMOUNT: Downpayment amount is STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE
⟡ INSTALLMENT PAID SLOTS = RESERVED booked slots – AOB will hold the slots until the deadline of the Remaining Balance Only
⟡ UNPAID REMAINING BALANCE ON RB DEADLINE = AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION of reserved booked slots
o FULL PAYMENT OPTION – available for both Early Board & Near D-Day Registration Period
⟡ FULLY PAID SLOTS = SECURED booked slots
NON-REFUNDABLE: All purchased slots are NON-REFUNDABLE BUT TRANSFERABLE with limitations – see SLOT TRANSFER (PASALO SLOT) section for transfer details
REFUND and CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations NO MATTER OF ANY REASON will automatically make any payment made NON-REFUNDABLE if slot won’t be transferred – see SLOT TRANSFER (PASALO SLOT) section for transfer details
o CANCELLATION REQUEST TEMPLATE: should be submitted for official slot cancellation – send a Telegram direct message to AOB for cancellation request then fill out the cancellation request template that will be provided
NON-PAYMENT OF REMAINING BALANCE (INSTALLMENT OPTION Registration): Downpayment amount is STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE and slot reservation is AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED upon failure of Remaining Balance settlement on Remaining Balance Deadline.
MISSED SHUTTLE (AT PICKUP) REFUND: NO PARTIAL REFUND will be given if joiners have missed their shuttles during pickup due to their own negligence. Nonetheless, joining the trip back to the drop-off point is still allowed.
MISSED SHUTTLE (TO DROP-OFF) REFUND: NO PARTIAL REFUND will be given if joiners have missed their shuttles for drop-off due to their own negligence. Refer to the BOARDING PROCESS [GOING TO/GOING BACK TRIP] section for going back trip details.
EVENT CANCELLATION – cancellation of the event by the official event organizers
o FULL REFUND: If the event organizers cancelled the event by AT LEAST 1 MONTH BEFORE the scheduled date of the event AND the AOB team has not yet purchased trip inclusions or paid for operational costs, FULL REFUND will be provided.
o PARTIAL REFUND: If the event organizers cancelled the event by LESS THAN 1 MONTH BEFORE the scheduled date of the event AND the AOB team has already purchased trip inclusions or paid for operational costs, the following policy will apply:
✦ NON-REFUNDABLE DOWNPAYMENT AMOUNT – The downpayment amount of ₱200 will be deducted on any payment made and remaining amount will be refunded. Non-refundable downpayment amount deduction is also applicable to Fully Paid slots.
✦ EVENT CANCELLATION EXCHANGE OPTIONS – in lieu of the non-refundable amount, joiners will be given options as an exchange for their cancelled registration
⟡ GOODIE BAG & SOUVENIR CLAIMING OPTION – joiners can opt to CLAIM their GOODIE BAGS in their next AOB transpo event OR via delivery (delivery fee shouldered by claimers)
⟡ PARTIAL VOUHER CONVERSION OPTION – joiners can opt to RECEIVE an AOB Discount Code (₱100 ONLY) for their next AOB Transpo Event
EVENT POSTPONEMENT – postponed or rescheduled event date by the official event organizers
o If the event organizers postponed or rescheduled the event, the joiner may opt to (a) Keep their slot or (b) Transfer their slot if they are no longer available on the rescheduled date. Slot Transfer Policy applies.
SLOT TRANSFER (PASALO SLOT)
ALL purchased slots are NON-REFUNDABLE BUT TRANSFERABLE WITH LIMITATIONS.
SLOT TRANSFER = transfer of registered slot to a new/unregistered joiner
SLOT TRANSFER DEADLINE = last date when slot transfers will be accepted
o SLOT TRANSFERS will only be accepted until 3 DAYS before D-DAY (subject to change depending on transpo event – official slot transfer deadline will be announced in the Registered Joiners Telegram General Channel)
SLOT TRANSFER FEES = fees applied for slot transfers
o During Early Board Period = FREE (also applicable for change of companion)
o During Near D-Day Period but not within 1 week before D-Day = ₱200.00/slot
o During Near D-Day Period within 1 week before D-Day = ₱300.00/slot
SLOT TRANSFER PROCESS
o (1) INFORM AOB OF CANCELLATION: Registered slot should be cancelled first before cancelled slot will be open for slot transfer
✦ CANCELLATION REQUEST TEMPLATE: should be submitted for official slot cancellation - send a Telegram direct message to AOB for cancellation request then fill out the cancellation request template that will be provided
✦ Please inform AOB immediately so we can hold off processing the passenger insurance and perform necessary updates
o (2) FIND SOMEONE TO TRANSFER THE CANCELLED SLOT TO [PASALO SLOT CLAIMER]
✦ FINDING PASALO SLOT CLAIMER OPTIONS
⟡ SOURCED BY CANCELLING JOINER – cancelling joiner will be the one who will find someone to transfer the cancelled slot [PASALO SLOT CLAIMER] for partial refund (if applicable)
⟡ SOURCED BY AOB – AOB is open to provide assistance and will try to find someone to take the cancelled slot for partial refund (if applicable)
o AOB PASALO SLOT Assistance Availability: only available if cancelled slot is Fully Paid
o AOB PASALO SLOT Assistance Fee: SLOT TRANSFER FEE of ₱300.00/slot will apply - ex. Total Payment Made = ₱750.00, Refund will only be ₱450.00
o (3) PASALO SLOT CLAIMER REGISTRATION: PASALO SLOT claimer should go thru the Registration Process and should indicate in the NOTES section of the Registration that the registration is for a PASALO SLOT
✦ PASALO SLOT claimer can only skip the Registration process if the cancelled joiner will request for a manual registration thru AOB’s Telegram Direct Message (applicable for change companion as well)
o (4) REFUND OF CANCELLED SLOT: Partial Refund (if applicable) will be provided once payment and registration of the PASALO SLOT CLAIMER is successful

⟡ FULL PAYMENT upon Registration, PARTIAL REFUND after – pasalo slot claimer will submit full payment upon registration and AOB will provide partial refund to cancelled joiner
⟡ SLOT TRANSFER FEE upon Registration, NO REFUND after – pasalo slot claimer will only submit the necessary slot transfer fee applicable for the cancelled slot upon registration and AOB will not provide partial refund to cancelled joiner anymore
UNCLAIMED CANCELLED SLOTS
o NO PARTIAL REFUNDS: In case a cancelled slot has not been transferred within the Slot Transfer Deadline or AOB can no longer find someone to take up the cancelled slot, no partial refunds will be provided.
MAIN COMMUNICATION PLATFORM (TELEGRAM)
By joining and boarding with AOB, all joiners are REQUIRED to have or create a TELEGRAM Account for communication purposes.
TELEGRAM application will be the main platform for trip guidelines, announcements, and updates exclusively for REGISTERED JOINERS.
Joiners may uninstall and deactivate the application after the event.
Joiners who will opt for GROUP BOOKING may use One (1) Telegram account to represent their whole group given that they will be updating and notifying their companions about the announcements and updates too.
ALL INFORMATION & COMMUNICATION MADE IN THE TRIP GENERAL CHANNEL AND GROUP CHATS ARE CONFIDENTIAL AND INTENDED FOR REGISTERED AJY ON BOARD (AOB) JOINERS ONLY.
SHARING ANY PART OF AOB INFORMATION EXCLUSIVE FOR AOB REGISTRANTS TO ANY THIRD PARTY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
AOB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE SLOT OF ANYONE CAUGHT BREAKING THIS RULE WITH NO REFUNDS TO BE PROVIDED AND WILL BE BANNED FOR ALL OF AOB’S TRANSPO EVENTS.
PICKUP and DROPOFF
STRICTLY EXACT PICKUP LOCATION ONLY.
No SPECIAL PICKUPS or REQUEST of what route to take to be picked up will be honored.
DROPOFF AT A CONVENIENT POINT IS ALLOWED AS LONG AS IT IS ALONG THE WAY.
No SPECIAL DROPOFFS (beyond the official DROPOFF location) or request of what route to take will be honored.
PLEASE REFER TO THE BOARDING PROCESS SECTION FOR FURTHER INFORMATION REGARDING THE GRACE PERIOD, TIME ALLOWANCE AFTER THE EVENT, BOARDING FROM PICKUP, AND BOARDING BACK TO PICKUP RULES.
ONSITE ADMIN (OA)
OAs are admins working closely under Ajy On Board (AOB). They are the persons you can reach out to if you need assistance onsite.
POINT of CONTACT (POC)
Drivers require One (1) Point of Contact per vehicle. Therefore, each vehicle must have a volunteered Van Point of Contact (POC).
POC is entitled for a GCash allowance or a small POC Gift and may choose their desired seat.
POC Guidelines and Tasks
Must arrive at the pickup point EARLIER THAN PICKUP TIME (20-30 mins earlier)
Contact the assigned driver for trip departure to and from the event venue or any concerns (must have load for data/call/text).
Contact any missing vanmates 15 minutes before the time of departure from both Manila & event venue (must have load for data/call/text).
Disseminate AOB's guidelines & rules
Report Status of the trip; inform AOB regarding the status of the trip (reports time of departure/arrival/stop overs/any issues that will arise).
TRANSFER REQUEST (change of Location/Timeslot/Day Boarding) will be granted free of charge ONLY ONCE and WITHIN THE EARLY BOARD REGISTRATION PERIOD ONLY.
⟡ Location/Timeslot/Day Boarding requests beyond the Registration Period will be subject to availability of the transferring Location/Timeslot/Day Boarding.
⟡ If transferring Location/Timeslot/Day Boarding is no longer available, no transfers will be granted and no refunds will be processed.
Transfer Requests that will exceed the maximum allowable change (1) will be subjected to a TRANSFER FEE of PHP 20/request.
All drivers are instructed to park in the venue's Parking Area where parking permits.
Joiners may go back to their vehicles if ever they would like to rest or eat inside.
Joiners will be the one to go where the vehicle is parked to avoid losing the vehicle's parking spot.
As much as possible, please let your drivers drop you off where they will park.
Joiners that will eat inside the vehicle shall practice CLAYGO (Clean As You Go).
STRICTLY AVOID CREATING A MESS TO AVOID POSSIBLE CLEANING FEES. (PHP 500 per vehicle)
Joiners may stay inside their vehicles while waiting for the show doors to open OR while waiting for their companion who will watch the show but AIRCONS WILL BE OFF. AIRCONS will only be ON during the ride.
For PARKING A/C USE ADD-ON, please refer to the ADD-ON section in the Registration Form.
Leaving items inside the van is allowed but won't be guaranteed that they will be guarded by your assigned drivers as they have to eat and use the comfort room too.
Items that will be left inside the van must be left in your space only. AOB is not responsible for any loss or damage of items.
A JOINER’S GUIDE WILL BE DROPPED IN THE OFFICIAL GENERAL CHANNEL WITHIN THE WEEK OF THE EVENT FOR FINAL GUIDELINES ON DDAY.
