Triplet, on her journey, finds a empty abandoned building. She hears around the area that the building apparently holds illegal performances in the evening. She's been waiting at the Venue until Midnight, and suddenly around 30 people, some looking wary and some confident, walk into the building. Triplet walks in behind them.
Up on Stage are Forte and Fortissimo - they're playing multiple acoustic songs using guitars throughout the night. It seems to Triplet that the songs they're playing would be more suited to something more energetic though. Triplet approaches the two after the show.
Triplet: Great Music you two. Are you guys siblings or something? You seem super similar.
Fortissimo: Are you a cop?
Triplet: Do you think I would look like this if I was a cop? Would I be holding drumsticks if I was a cop? Could I even care to know about this place if I was a cop?
Forte: Slow down Fortissimo. Okay, Okay we get it. What's the actual question you want to ask? (Chipper)
Triplet: Don't take this the wrong way, you guys are awesome - the vocals and guitar were amazing... but I feel like... well, this isn't the sort of music you two want to be making. Especially looking as loud and as passionate as you two are.
Forte and Fortissimo share a look
Fortissimo: So what if we do make different stuff? Its not like we have the resources for that. We barely get by as is. We don't have people pay for tickets, we just ask for donations and people to spread the word to others that wont rat us out. Like this we aren't going anywhere.
She gestures to a guitar bag with a few notes and coins in.
Triplet: What if I could help you get somewhere?
Forte: What do you mean?
Triplet: Well, you can get a percussionist for one. And you guys are good. Like. Really Good. I see you use the Bottom 4 strings of the Guitar as a Bass because you don't have one, and the taps on your guitar are your drums. You're playing it safe. Playing quiet so people don't hear you. Why not be loud? A lot more people hear you, which means more donations, and that means actually having the money for amps, and albums and actually bringing about the social change you sing about in the songs you're covering. Which is why I guess you're doing this in the first place. Oh and also, I write songs. Like originals. I just cant sing that well. That would help get word out there too.
Fortissimo: Well I mean. More loud means more cops. And with the two of us, you know we can at least run and hide in some small space. With three? We'd have to fight. And we don't exactly know how to... or have the experience to... except maybe that one time...
Triplet and Forte (at the same time): We could take them.
Triplet and Forte exchange a look.
Forte: With three, we could. And the more we do it, the more we'll learn how to. And yeah drums would be nice. Lets do it Fortissimo. Lets get loud.
Fortissimo: I guess I trust you if my brothers already all in. What's your name anyway drummer girl?
Triplet: Its Triplet. Don't call me Trip. I think there's a empty space on the other end of town with more than enough space for all three of us, I never see the cops go there. Its like this weird garage thing, you've gotta come see. Oh and before I forget.
Triplet pulls out her wallet. It looks very light, but she takes out the last few coins she has in it and puts them into the guitar bag.
Forte: LAUGHS LOUDLY I guess were all in this together now huh? I like it! Come on Triplet, show us the cool new pad!
As they leave the venue Fortes Energy puts a smile on everyone's face. They seem confident that even if trouble comes their way, they could take it on.
