The primary aim of World No Tobacco Day is to raise global awareness about the deleterious effects of tobacco on health. There is no safe level of tobacco consumption. Quitting at any age is beneficial to your overall health, including mental health, and can reduce depression, anxiety and stress, apart from it’s disastrous effects on our environment. Let us fight the tobacco epidemic and protect future generations from its harmful effects.
