These kids need us! They need our help to protect them. We can do this. Thank you.

We reached out to Todd Young's Office several times over the past five years. (Since MSD Ft. Lauderdale Florida shooting.) We had lined up Indiana businesses and leaders to deliver a solution. We contacted Rep. Trey Hollingsworth, Sen. Mike Braun and other leaders in Indiana. We even collaborated with the designers of "Indiana's safest school" to beg government officials to help us deliver PRIMME. All the information on this website was available to them.

We still publish this website because we still don't have an answer as to; why aren't government officials willing to deliver systems like PRIMME to public spaces? They talk about it easy enough, yet they consistently fail to deliver. Tell your elected representative about PRIMME. Demand they deliver a threat mitigation system to the public.

OUR P.R.I.M.M.E. OBJECTIVE is to "Prevent Rapidly Involved Mass Murder Events"

prevent -

To prevent means to stop in advance. For our team, it means to stop something worse from happening as early as possible in the threat actor's timeline.

rapidly involved -

Rapidly involved means actions taken by a threat actor to quickly prey upon a targeted victim pool.

mass murder -

Mass murder means the intentional illegal taking of three or more human lives in a continuous series of actions and reactions.

events -

For the purpose of constraining this definition, an "event" is a singular act or a coordinated action by one or more persons, over a narrow timeline. A serial murderer does not fall within our definition. The McDonald's shooting in California, Sandy Hook Elementary, Columbine, Ft. Hood and Parkland events have the characteristics of "an event". 9-11 and the Oklahoma Federal Building do not, as they are terror events. Terror events do not fall within the scope of our project, although, our project may eventually create a net wide enough to apply in certain scenarios.

For your consideration:

PRIMME is something to call what we are doing. What we are doing is creating a workable framework to increase detection, answer any known threat as quickly as possible, and communicate rapidly with accurate real time information to keep people away from danger.
