David L Phillips Services (DLPS)
DLPS is owned and operated by David L. Phillips, LPC. DLPS is the "chief executive customer". DLPS is responsible for delivering the funding for this project. DLPS partnered with Eric Kutner, to come up with a "dream team" to accomplish our mission. Once fully funded, the team will be given the task of assigning roles and responsibilities such that the mission will be accomplished by the project end date.
Agree to either be a highly productive visible professional paid member of the core team (960 hours over 7 months) or recommend someone who would. Core team members are "full time 1099 contractors with the project" under a memorandum of understanding.
Keep in mind, this is a relatively simple solution set. There is a ton of legwork already done on the topic. We need your wisdom and experience to wade through the B.S. and synthesize this solution set.
These kids are likely not to benefit from hard work alone, these kids need visible celebrity hard at work fixing this problem. People talk. Grass roots means we have to settle the argument; "Can we trust you?" very quickly, in order to walk into the Rotary Club and look these people in the eye and say, "We got this!" with any credibility. We need the "dream team" to carry the inertia, get the conversation going, have an instant interview on CNN or NBC. This is big. If we don't go big, it won't get done as quickly as we need it.
Each numbered role is a paid position and has their own budget. The twelve numbered roles are all paid at the same rate. Signatory's will be authorizing payment to team members, solution providers, goods and services required by the team. Since go/no-go depends on being "fully funded", the Executive Leadership will service the project's account. Chase Bank will assist in building an accountable system of funds distribution. DLPS will NOT have any access to the project's bank accounts, other than reports. Once the funding is on deposit, the executive leadership will be responsible for all accounts payable. Prior to being fully funded, Business and Legal will have all donations in escrow and a regular report will be made to the team, as to how much is on deposit.

Invitation would look something like this: "What would it take for you to drop what you are doing and lend your name, reputation, time and talent this project?"
Each core team member, presented with a budget to accomplish their individual tasks within the project scope, endeavours to control their TEAM's outcomes. Engaging various team members, each part time or full time is at the discretion of the core team, under the supervision of the executive Leadership.
Teams are only as strong as their members. Engage everyone as each core team member sees fit.
Phase 1: Day 1 to Present Time (Funding, build organization, consolidate framework, recruit teams.)
Phase 2: Use funding to start work. All core team members must agree to devote 960 hours of work to fulfilling the mission. (960 hours over 7 months gives core team members roughly 120 hours of time to keep other critical commitments.)
