Artifact: EDU 355 Mid-Point and Final Faculty Evaluation

Reflection:

These EDU 355 Evaluations are from my professor evaluating me at the mid-way point in the semester and then again at the very end of the semester in order to see if I grew as a teacher during that time. As you can see from the results, I improved. This artifact was a great way for me to actually see my improvement as an educator and is something that I refer back to when trying to give myself feedback and keep myself motivated to continue to learn.

These evaluations related to Component 6.b in that they show my professional growth from one point in the semester to another. It does this by showing improvement of my teaching from one point of the semester to the next. The more the semester went on the more I imiproved as a professional and as a teacher. These evaluations are important for a physical educator because it is important to always grow as a teacher. You always want to be either evaluated by others or even yourself to find ways to improve.
