West Africa

This page contains translation of the Bible into West African languages. West Africa, for our purposes, is Cape Verde, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, the island of Saint Helena, Senegal, Sierra Leone, São Tomé and Príncipe and Togo. We also included North Africa because it is technically on the West side of the continent.

During the colonial empires of the continent, many people were taken  away and enslaved in the Americas.

All the people who live here were made in the image of God.
