This is a big region with a large population. All of the people who live here were made in the image of God.

This page is a collection of links to translations of the Bible into numerous languages in the southern part of Asia, specifically Afghanistan, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan and the Maldives. It is the area that borders Iran as a Western border, and has China (and Burma, which I have placed in the Mainland South East Asia page. Don’t take that personally.) as an Eastern border. In the north, it borders Uzbekistan, Tajikstan, and some others. India is the region’s largest nation, and I mean that in non-political terms. I have curated the languages represented here to provide more groups that have low amounts of Christians as groups with high amounts of Christians would be very aware of where to find or access one.
