Our Exhibition Group
Our group chose our coping strategy because we all like art and music. At home, or any other place, we usually draw or do music when we are bored, sad, and happy. Art helps us communicate in many different ways and helps us express ourselves to others.
Presentation
Action
For our action, we decided to do a pop-up book with 5-6 pages of information about art and how we express ourselves. We want people to understand our coping strategy and central idea in Exhibition. There will be pop-ups such as paint brushes, musical instruments, and some other objects that represent art and music and forms of expression. The pop-ups will reflect the information on the pages and educate others about artistic ways to express ourselves and how they help us deal with stress and anxiety that we might experience in our lives .
Reflection
Cheryl's Reflection:
I feel that I became a risk taker because I made a video even though I was nervous. I have developed my thinking and questioning skills during the exhibition journey. I need to improve my communication skills more.
Mheanne’s Reflection:
During exhibition, I felt that I became more of a risk-taker because, unlike my other group members, I decided to do three video recordings in total. I have also developed my organization skills. I feel like I developed organization skills because I noticed that the google slides were not in order and then I organized it in order.
Veronika’s Reflection:
While I was working on exhibition, I improved on my self-management skills and my time management skills. I have done a lot of work and it has made me a better worker/student. I only just need to improve my risk-taking skills and reflecting skills.
Justine’s Reflection:
While I was doing exhibition, I improved on my self-management skills, communication skills and social skills. I have improved these skills by managing my time and communicating and cooperating with my group. Overall I have enjoyed the exhibition journey.
