Notification of AGM 2026

28th October 2026, Hotel ‘Zum Schiff’, Basler Landstr.35-37, at 7 pm, preceded by a ‘Club Get-together’ with an aperitif courtesy of the club at 6.15 pm.

Dear Members,

The Annual General Meeting of the club will be held at the above hotel, commencing at 7 pm. In case of insufficient attendance (below 50%) a new meeting will take place a quarter of an hour later. This meeting is not bound by the aforesaid quorum.

A member entitled to vote but unable to attend may appoint a proxy to vote on his/her behalf. The proxy slip below should be detached and returned to a member of the committee before the meeting commences.
