Exhibit 5

Background Information:

For this exhibit I created an invitation template for a baptism, but it could be used as a Christmas card, birthday invite, baby announcement or a wedding invite.

Design:

• Contrast: I created contrast by adding white spaces to the design between pictures to help the pictures pop. I also added contrast by using both zoomed in and out photos.

• Repetition: I used pictures that were all taken the same day and were all pertained to the event for the invite. I also used a blue color pallet .

• Alignment: I used guidelines and rulers to make sure all of the pictures were spaced the same.

• Proximity: I picked a pattern and aligned the pictures in proximity to each other that was pleasing to the eye.

• I designed this invitation so it could accommodate 5 photos for a good variety.

Skills Used:

• I used the align tool to make sure the edges of the pictures lined up.

• I used level adjustments for the pictures.

• I used clipping masks to fit each picture into the shape.
