When the Bambu Lab 3D Printer was bought, it came with a "trial" amount of filament for the Automatic Material System (AMS). However, it would be faster and more convenient to procure 3D Printing filament through local brands rather than ordering the official Bambu Lab 3D Printing filament.
Unfortunately, the diameter size between brands does not have a specification and the physical size of a filament spool can vary drastically which in my case lead to the situation below.
When looking at the Zen filament spool (Cardboard Spool on the left) versus the other filament spool on the right, the Zen filament spool is smaller in diameter and ultimately leaves a gap from the roller. (Shown by the red arrow in the second picture)
Due to the gap, it can't be used in the AMS since the spool won't be "rolled" into the 3D Printer.
Luckily, on the side of the spool are a few holes that I would use for grip when making the "Brim enlarger" for the spool.
After using some leftover filament, I was able to print out the "Brim enlarger" for 1 spool.
After printing out 1 "Brim enlarger", I then used that filament that could now fit in the AMS to print out more "Brim enlargers" for the other filament.
You can see that now the spool grips the roller of the AMS, making it that the filament of the spool can be "rolled" into the 3D Printer.
After some time and some super glue, all 4 slots of the AMS were filled.
