Artifact: Practicum 1 Assessment (Kindergarten)
Artifact Summary: This reading assessment is from my first practicum from my READ 4453 course. I assessed a kindergarten student using several assessments from Marie Clay's An Observation Survey of Early Literacy Achievement. This artifact demonstrates my understanding of using formal methods to collect and measure student progress because I used several assessments to assess student's knowledge on letters and words.
Assessments used were:

Hearing & Recording Sounds in Words
Ohio Word Test
Letter ID
Record of Oral Language
